Questions we get a lot

Do I need to be home?

No. We just need an outside spigot and unlocked gates. We'll text you when we start and when we're done.

How often should gutters be cleaned?

Twice a year works for most homes around here. Once in late spring and once after the leaves drop. More often if big trees hang over your roof.

Do I still need cleanings if I have gutter guards?

Usually yes, just less often. Fine debris and seed pods still get through or pile up on top. Tell us what guards you have when you ask for a quote.

How long does gutter cleaning take?

Most homes take one to two hours. Bigger homes or really packed gutters can take longer.

What if it rains on my day?

Light rain doesn't stop most washing. If it's storming, we'll move you to the next open day at no charge.

Will pressure washing damage my siding?

Not the way we do it. Siding gets a soft wash: low pressure plus a cleaner that does the work. High pressure is only for concrete and other hard surfaces.
